What Do PTA Donations Fund?

Our PTA, is a non-profit organization that serves Hollywood Hill Elementary School, operates on a $90,000 annual budget, which helps us fund a wide range of activities and resources that directly benefit our students. We supplement the gap in NSD funding for our Hollywood Hill community.

Here’s a snapshot of where your contributions go:

• Field Trips: $400 per class, ensuring students can learn and explore beyond the classroom (17 classes)

• School Events: $8,000, supporting activities such as Fall Fest, Camp Read A Lot, Missoula Children’s Theater and others

• Teacher Funds: $250 per classroom, providing teachers with essential supplies (17 classes)

• Classroom Parties: $250 per class, creating memorable experiences for our students (17 classes)

• Staff Appreciation: $2,000, to thank the hardworking teachers and staff who make a difference every day

• Art Docent Program: $2,000, fostering creativity and art education for our students

• School Beautification: $1,000, keeping our school a welcoming and inspiring place

• Scholarship Funds: $2,000, supporting families in need and ensuring all students can participate in activities
